Unit selection is solely based on availability. Occupancy choices consist of singles and doubles. A single is an apartment that contains one student in a bedroom. A double is an apartment that contains two students in a bedroom.

Applicant further authorizes free exchange of information between Oasis KGI Commons and Capstone On-Campus Management, including but not limited to the applicants student status, academic records, judicial records, and financial records to be used to determine whether this applicant shall be approved or disapproved.
